Pieman’s Son’s goal is to provide you with the highest quality product every single time. All of our products are made fresh, using carefully selected ingredients. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer a refund for change of mind, however if you believe a product you received is not up to our usual standards, whether due to quality, freshness, or if they do not match our product description please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it. We’ll review the situation, and if we determine that the product did not meet our standards, we’ll gladly offer a refund via the original method of payment, replacement, or store credit - whichever is most appropriate. In these cases, please visit us in store or email pat@piemans.com.au.
Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Custom orders (such as large orders or cakes) require 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made after these windows may not be eligible for a refund, especially if the item is already in production.
Allergen Notice
Our bakery uses common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
